Puerto de Nuestra Señora de los Ángeles
Dusk falls on the busy shipping hub of Port Angeles, WA. An interesting town on the north end of the Olympic Peninsula, Port Angeles was originally called Puerto de Nuestra Señora de los Ángeles in 1791. Port Angeles is claimed to be the site of the “largest prehistoric Indian village and burial ground found in the United States," according to a senior archaeologist for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Seattle.
